How do I change one domain on a published website to a new domain name?

I have the designer platform and need to change a customer domain from its published name to a new domain name.  Nothing is going through when I go to settings and change to the new name.  The A record on Go Daddy for the new name is set up correctly.

To change the domain name:

1. Verify DNS Settings: Ensure all necessary DNS records (A, CNAME, etc.) are correct on GoDaddy.
2. Clear Cache: Clear your browser cache to see the changes.
3. Platform Settings: Update all relevant fields in your designer platform, including URL redirects and SSL certificates.
4. Wait for Propagation: DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate.
