Cannot setup account

History:

 

Started a Weebly account prior to Sqaure/Weebly merge, no issues. 

 

Started a new account recently for a different client, and accidentally signed up for Square (Business) when I wanted Weebly (Personal). I've since been refunded my account purchase (professional), changed the email, and deactivated it the square account.

 

Now, I'm trying to start a new weebly account with the email that has been changed from the old deactivated account, and get the error "You may already have an account. Try login with email and password." I try to log in with previous account credentials, and it goes back to this same error. I have tried multiple browsers including Chrome incognito.

I recommend reaching out to the support team as it sounds like the email is still in the Square system. A Square rep will need to remove the email for you so that you can use it to sign up for the original Weebly editor. 

 

We're not able to make account changes through this page, unfortunately, so reaching out to the team is your only option at this time.
