i have delete my starter sit and i an't move it to my new site

I have an upgrade plan, but when I delete my site and want to move to a new site, I only see my site showing up for "free"

I can't do it in "My service"

I refresh my weebly few time and it still not show up

my upgrade plan is only "starter site" is that the reason why i can't move it to the new site?

I want do it on "ms-bag.com".

I also deleted my starter site to start a new site afresh.

i have chose the option to transfer to new site but all the site still show free site.
