Vote For Features needs better feedback
It would be interesting to have mods or admins (whomever monitors the Vote For Features portion) to give constructive and concrete feedback. Either with a "we'll send this to the labs asap" or "nah, that blows". Anything is better than sitting around hoping a suggested feature gets added.
We submitted a feature we felt would go inline with the Custom Text imput that was recently added. And got positive feedback, but no hope of it ever really getting added or not. It's just discouraging.
Here's what we had suggested: Allow customers to have the option to upload file along with their order. This allows us to be more efficiant and work off a single sheet rather than matching up with site forms and whatnot. Below is a mockup of what this would look like in the store portion:
Thank you

Great feedback! Just to give you a bit of context, everything is automatically labeled a "new idea." We then wait for the community to view the idea, comment, and vote. The Product Team checks the "Vote on Features" section every few weeks to evaluate each idea.
I know they have left a few comments previously, and I would imagine that they are taking things a bit slower at the moment, as we are still in beta. However, I'm more than happy to wag a finger in their direction and tell them they need to be a bit more attentive.
Just a quick note - the positive feedback you received was from a moderator, which is great, but a bit different from feedback from our Product Team. Product Team members have a "Weebly Employee" tag instead of a moderator tag next to their name, so look for that!
Thanks again for your feedback. I'm off to talk to the Product Team now.
