Understanding What I am paying for,

Set up my website, and decided to sign up for a year, have now paid £69.60 plus £10.00 to upgrade,

but my website still says "Starter" (free) 

I have not actually recived anything from Weebly to confirm the payment in the way of a receipt,

I also want to make sure that it does not take automaticall with out my consent.

Can anyone advise me please?

I reviewed your account and saw that you purchased a Weebly Starter subscription for a term of one-year at the rate of £69.60. It expires on August 2, 2017. Then you registered your free domain name, during that time an additional year of registration was added. That was an additional £10.80 for the second year. The expiration is August 2, 2018.

On the same day, you signed up for a Google Apps trial. It is set to renew at a cost of $45 USD for one year of service on August 17. If you don't want to keep that service, you can cancel it in your Account tab. To get there on your Weebly dashboard (the first page you see after logging in). Click your name at the top right corner and 'Account' will appear in the drop-down menu. Once there click the 'My Services' tab, and you can click cancel service next to Google Apps. That will stop it from billing, or you can let us know to remove it from your account before it renewing.

I then logged into your account and did not see (Free) anywhere. Here is what I see:

You can see the word Starter next to your domain. One of the features of your Starter subscription is a favicon. If you go to the 'Settings' tab in the editor and scroll down to the favicon section; To the right, it will say upload, if you were using a free account, it would say upgrade instead. That is one sure way of knowing you have an upgraded account.

In regards to your receipt. They were not sent because your account's email address has been unsubscribed from receiving emails from Weebly.  But that is okay, you can still get your receipts for any purchase, right in your account. To do that go back to the 'Accounts' tab by clicking your name on the dashboard (top right). Then click the purchase history tab. Here you will see a list of the purchases that were made in your account. To the right of those is a print button. You can click it to print it to PDF file or paper for your records.
