Unable to create a link to an uploaded document

I am trying to create a link to a PDF document I have uploaded to our website. Once I create the link, it looks fine on the edit page but when I open the website and click on the link, I get a 404 Error message page. Have tried several times.

Hi @AmyMac What page is the link on, what is the link name, and what is the file name? I found a pdf on your page but it loaded okay for me. Thanks!
