This seems to be the only place that gets any response, so I too am starting a thread to get my refund. I have also requested it though the support form.
So far this experience has been terrible. Can't wait to switch services.

@brockero The reason your site would not publish is because the domain name was never registered. You purchased your hosting plan successfully, but needed to register the domain name with the domain credit that was available in the account. Since you have already deleted your account, I've issued a refund for the service you purchased. Please allow 2-3 business days for the funds to return to your account. I've also closed out your support ticket that was submitted. Thanks!
