Refund on renewal

I have tried several times to speak to a customer representative but the automated phone system does not put my call through. I am calling from Australia. 

My website was bonthelasthighway.com and it was closed months ago. Today $120US was debited from my account for a year's renewal, without notice or authorisation. Please refund the full amount as per your policy.
