Poor experience with customer service
I have a site on Designer that has been offline for a few years. It has a large gallery and recently my client wanted the site back online. When I checked it, it seemed that most of the images in the galleries are broken. As far as I remember, when it went offline, it was ok.
I emailed customer service and it took at least 3 emails back and forth to identify the site I was talking about, even though I was quite clear. I didn't mention at first that it was on Designer platform, I gave the site name and description, but the agent didn't check and thought I was talking about another site (regular Weebly site), which is associated with my email. After clarifying that wasn't the site I meant, I heard nothing back, I then enquired and again, nothing. Frankly, I'm disappointed by the level of incompetence.
