I have accounts with paypal, stripe, woo commerce, send owl, wordpress, adobe, microsoft 365 for business and WEEBLY takes number one spot for worst email comms. They're emails are so unfriendly for non-tech people and I nearly had my domain shut down twice because the emails were beyond confusing to follow. I clicked the required links and went to the required pages but the instructions were so poor as to what to do after clicking links. Microsoft 365 for business comes a close second. Weebly comms are the Worst.

Thanks for the feedback, @Kazzz25. Just to be clear, this is in regards to the automated emails we send out and not an interaction with a member of support?
