Plan Transfer

Hi, I am getting ready to publish my new site and need to transfer my starter plan over to edit my footer! How do I do that?

What site did you need your plan moved to, @saltdesignco?

We need it moved from thesaltyhome.com to saltdesigncompany.com. Not the store site!

Ok. I see three sites in your account right now, one called "SALT DESIGN COMPANY" which is not published. One using the domain thesaltyhome.com which has a business subscription on it, and saltdesigncompany.com which has a connect subscription on it. 

Did you want your business subscription moved to the site which is not published?

No can you move it to the site with the domain name saltdesigncompany.com.

It doesn't look like you have a Starter plan in your account, @saltdesignco. You have a Business plan on thesaltyhome.com and the Connect plan on saltdesigncompany.com. The Connect plan only allows you to connect an external domain name, so if you want to edit the footer you would need to upgrade to Starter. The money you spent on the Connect plan will credit to the new plan, though. I've also added a coupon to your account that you can use towards the upgrade. Coupon code: 7P183YDXNX
