Our clients cannot login to white label designer platform

The login page keeps telling them the following:

1. Please log-in to access that page.

or

2. Oops! Wrong username or password. 

What's happening?

We submitted 4 separate tickets in the Help Centre but still no assistance after a day of waiting...

We called the Weebly +1 844 493 3259 and waited over an hour listening to some phone music playing...still no one answered the call...

All our clients cannot login... they are running a business with their sites and need to update it... what's happening?

Please help urgently...please

I'm really sorry to hear this. There was a bug a few weeks ago that was very intermittent and with who it affected and how often. For instance, one client out of 10 might be affected within the same account. It was also hard to duplicate, but the engineers thought they had a fix. As far as I know they are back working on it and as soon as an agent receives your ticket they will update you on the status. In the meantime try having your clients use Firefox. I'm pretty sure Safari was the most affected browser, but I think I remember having problems with Chrome as well. I'll see if I can get some solid info on that for you.

We have one client experiencing this.  Issue only seems to be effecting Chrome.  They can login fine using Internet Explorer.
