No response from customer service

I have emailed customer service several times.  No response.  The online chat doesn't work.  Of course, nobody answers the phone.  I have a very real problem and there doesn't seem to be anybody working at Weebly.  Are you still in business?

Here's my problem:

I use Weebly's email marketing to send out weekly emails to my customers.  In the email, I have links to my products.  Recently, one of my customers wrote to me saying that her virus protection program blocked a link from my marketing email, saying it was unsafe.

I checked and found that all links in my emails are http: and not https:

I tried ever trick I could think of and there is no way to put a link to a weebly product in a marketing email that is https:  All links are always http:

This can't be right.  Is there any fix for this?

By the way, your message says, "We are experiencing higher than normal call volume...."  That same message plays all the time, no matter what time of day.  The call volume is no longer "higher than normal."  It IS normal.  You need to hire more people.

I'm sorry to hear you are waiting on a reply. Our support teams are a bit backed up at the moment and trying to catch up on a backlog of support requests. All of your items appear to be loading secure on your website. How are you adding the items to your Promote campaigns? Can you give me an example of one that is showing as not secure and let me know the exact name of the email you created?
