I would love (read: I NEED) a feature which allows me to mark several orders as complete or shipped at one time. It's at the point it is taking me longer to click through every order to mark them as complete than to deliver them! Back and forth, back and forth. It is unnecessary for it to be this much work for such a small part of the process.
I would also like to be able to sort my orders by items ordered. Because I offer custom item by pre-order sorting them by item would tell me quickly how many of each item I need to prepare.
