Since you've created an account to post here, can you visit our support site, log in if needed, then click the Contact Us button.
Tell our chatbot that you need to speak to a human and then let our support team know about the charges. They'll get some information from you to locate those and should be able to refund them. That said, if this the case of someone using your credit card as a funding source for a PayPal account, you should contact PayPal as well and let them know so that person doesn't keep using your card for other purchases. They'll also help you recover your money from the PayPal account (refunds to PayPal go back into the PayPal account rather than to the funding source).
