I have been trying to upload a HD video to my Weebly web site for 5 days.
I have shorted the name and removed spaces and underscore, I have emailed to Weebly through Google Docs, I have had several responses from Help Desk which just look like they are trying to wear me down so I just "go away".
These problems with uploads have been around for years and yet the organisation does nothing about it - other than take your money for a web site service that does not deliver.
Any suggestions as to other web site that really work?

I assume your videos are in one of these formats MP4, MPG, MOV, WMV and less than 1GB in size?
I'm using the free version of weebly right now and just imbed my youtube link. I'm thinking of using the pay service to remove the Weebly logo so I can't tell how to fix your problem.
But doing a youtube link might buy you some time until you can get a fix on the problem

Got a “hockey puck” response from Weebly that blamed my local internet service provider. So I reduced the size by 90% and tried 5 times to upload to web site. Still does not work!
Weebly are ducking this technical issue and have been doing it for months. It appears that Customer Service are just there to “put you off” and “wear you down” with technical language.
Come on Weebly - get it sorted or people with vote with their feet,

I have the same problem with video streaming with their pro package - it doesn't stream. I've uploaded the identical NON HI DEF video to YouTube and places it side by side to the copy on weebly servers - YouTube streams flawlessly. Weebly barely streams at all. I've had people around the world check it, all with the same results. The problem is with weebly. They are selling a feature that they can't provide. How ever weebly tried to deflect, the problem lies with them

Yes - used the YouTube approach which works so thank you for that.

I have had exactly the same response from customer service and this is several months down the track. I don't think that Weebly can resolve this!

So, how did you solve this problem?
I'm also unable to upload hd videos to my $12 per month pro account.
This problem has taken so much of my time and I'm in such a distress because there's no solution in sight

Having exactly the same problem trying to upload a small 19.4mb MP4 video. Gets to 80% to 90% then just freezes! Have tried on numerous occasions at different times of day & it makes not a jot of difference. Seems like Weebly have a problem they just can't fix. Not happy! Tried contacting weebly but after a couple of days still waiting for a response from them!!!!
