Hello Paul!

I've been trying to recreate the problem here using your first video, but I haven't yet been able to make that visual issue appear. Would you be able to let us know the version of Firefox in use there?

I haven't been able to replicate it either (albeit with browsers on mac OS), and I don't see empty entries. Did you just visit the contact page and click submit, or do something else first?

Just visit the contact page and click submit.

like i mentioned in an earlier posts the problem comes and goes, so at the moment it is working and cannot be tested ! Smiley Frustrated

And you don't see empty entries because that is not the problem, the problem is that the form is not being sent at all !

My organization is having the exact same problem as has been described in this thread where form data is intermitently collected, even though the confirmation page is being shown every single time. We can't function without knowing that we are receiving all of the data we're supposed to.

Like mentioned by the other individual, it's intermittent, and it doesn't seem to matter who the ISP is or what browser or device is being used: it sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't, and we have no way of knowing how many form submissions are missing (if any at all) unless we randomly test it ourselves and find out that submissions aren't going through.

At this moment (4:28pm EST) form data from this page is not getting saved, even though the confirmation message is being displayed.

Hi @davewkrt I just tested the form and the information showed up immediately in the form dashboard. I also see dozens of submitted forms from today's date.

Ug!

Of course it's working now.  If you read through this thread from the very beginning, the problem is that sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't.  THAT is the problem!!!!

We had 16 responses come through yesterday, not dozens. Ironically, we should have recieved doezens.

After we contacted our membership to double-check to see if we were missing any repsonses, we found that we had a total of 34 not come through

We need a resolution to this. We can't function without knowing we're receiving every single entry we get.

I don't see any open cases with our customer success team about this from you, @davewkrt. Can you visit our support site and create an email case with them using the "contact us" link, and then include any information you have about some of the submissions which did not work. Specifically the time they submitted, browser and browser version, and what information they entered into the form.

Hi Adam,
Even though it is late, I'm also having the same issue in my website contact form. After submitting the form by a website visitor, it actually receives the submission which I receive via email but from the visitor end it looks like nothing happened since the confirmation message/link does not work.
Here is my website contact form page, https://www.voipfreedomidd.com/contact-form.html

Any advice would be appreciated.

That is strange, @forhad82 I can confirm that nothing happens when submitting the form but that they are going through. You have a custom theme and a lot of custom code on the page itself. The first thing I would suggest is creating a test page with a new form and see if that one works. If it does, you will need to either 1) Make a new form on your contact page and/or 2) Start going through the embedded items on the page one by one to see if anything is affecting the form. Another option is to make a copy of your site and revert the copy site back to a standard Weebly theme. Then publish to subdomain and see if the form works. You're probably going to have a hard time getting something like this escalated to advanced support with so much customized code, unfortunately.
