no... our post are accepted... there is a problem to connect our website to facebook page

So it's just not sharing but you aren't seeing any messages about why?

I'm getting a similar problem. When I share a post to my page, I get an error message that says:

"User opted out of platform: The action attempted is disallowed, because the user has opted out of Facebook platform." 

I've been able to post regularly to my Facebook page, up until today. Today I get that error message and for the life of me, cannot figure it out. And I swear I don't remember "opting out" of anything to do with FB... It's just so weird!

I've never heard of that error before. Are you copy/pasting the url on Facebook? Can you please post a screenshot of this error?
