I have been editing my website for many years. I am trying to add new products to my website but the system is not allowing me to get into the new product screen. Is there a limit on how many products I can sell on my site?
There is a limit on the number of products you can add depending on what plan you are on, although that would not prevent the add product screen from loading. Can you try switching to a different browser temporarily?
Do you have any firewall, ad blocking, popup blocking, or other security software installed? I wonder if there's a computer program or browser plugin which is blocking it from functioning.
