Does anyone use the Weebly Community anymore?!

I just added a request in the Vote For section, and the interaction in there is sorely lacking (most notably from Weebly, ironically!). It's that bad I saw a tumbleweed go across my screen!

I really do like Weebly, but it's getting a bit lacking on input, responses, implementation and general feel-good factor like it used to. Has Weebly given up? I sincerely hope not!

Come on guys - up the ante and get Weebly back on track.

@Muttley. Seems to deal with most technical issues now as customer support has dissolved. Otherwise is a bit quiet.

True.  Also most technical issues revolce around personal theme customization.  Weebly support for never supposed to provide help on those things.  Forum members who know the answer are also tired of giving same answer over and over or being unpaid webmasters!

I hate to be negative but it just feels like very little is getting achieved now - like it's lost focus, drive or something. The amount of stuff pending in the Vote For Features is getting ridiculously long, and no responses or any feedback that offer some glimmer of hope of things getting done. I really had high hopes when Square took over the reins...and whilst some things have been implemented, there's a lot that hasn't. It has such potential for an eCommerce web builder. For me though, it's the lack of communication, too.

I really hope Weebly/Square can address it because it really is a very good platform.

Hi @Muttley,

Thank you for your support and for submitting your feedback requests. We certainly are reviewing all of these requests that are submitted on the feature request area. Our developers continue to make changes to our platform daily. We do get a lot of requests so they try to prioritize these based on what features can have the biggest helping impact on the most users. The more votes you can get on your feature request, the higher the chances of this request getting implemented. Very sorry for the delay on any requests you have submitted!

Muttley, totally agree with you, those are my sentiments too. Makes me wonder if Weebly can survive being so slow and unresponsive to it's customers for soooo long. Weebly is a good platform, but if it would lift it's game, hire more developers, and tune-up it's ecommerce aspect it could rule the market! so much potential! MAKE WEEBLY GREAT AGAIN!

Otherwise if it keeps ignoring my needs I may have a mid-life platform crisis and the next thing you know I'm driving around in a red convertible sports car with a younger, more attractive, and responsive web platform.

Cheers, John

I don't really. I made suggestions years ago that got loads of support but weebly never acted, just a simple thing like changing colours of buttons. Useless. Weebly is not Weebly anymore anyway, it has been bought by a finance company called Square. The site has become increasingly interested in pushing e-commerce, premium apps & google products, & become more profit orientated. There used to be loads of themes available, now there are a handful which all look & function similarly.
