The captcha before submitting an entry in the contact form is far too involved for some of the visitors to my client's site, some leaving the contact form page thinking the entry is submitted while they had not yet sucessfully passing the captcha (she's received messages asking if their forms made it through--they didn't). Other captcha forms I've used online seem to have more intuitive (and simpler/fewer tasks to complete) and making this aspect of user interaction more intuitive and friendly is a priority for me.
