Charged when I cancelled

I was told that I will not be charged for my site as I wanted it to be closed when the time ran out and my paypal has been charged £38???

Can someone help please.

I don't see any charge in the account tied to your profile here on Community. Do you have more than one account, or could your domain be at a different company that just charged you?
