Buttons on 2 pages does not work

I checked out my website this morning. None of the buttons and text links are working when my site is displayed from a web browser. I tried Chrome and Firefox. I have the same problem in both browsers. The finger icon does not appear. The buttons and links are treated like dumb text. The site navigation buttons work and the buttons / links work on the other pages. All the links work when using the site from my phone.

I'm very dissapointed that this problem occurred just one day after I launched the site! This will not advertise well for weebly... What can be done to resolve this issue? I tried unlink / link; but still have the issue. I tested from another windows 10 computer, same browsers; but had the same issues...

My overall impressions of quality with Weebly is low. Lot's of quirky issues with the editor....

Did you paste in your text from somewhere else, @keberts? It looks like some of your text was from another source, and probably contains some hidden code that's causing problems.  I'd recommend selecting any text you pasted, then clicking the "Tx" button to remove this hidden code.

Thank you for your suggestion. I selected all text on the page, clicked on Tx; but the problem is still occuring. I created a new page and added a button that links to a standard page. That button does not work either. Something has happened to the site that has broken the pages links. One pages links still work. All links work on mobile. Not sure what to do. I sure am glad the menu links work...

Ok, thanks for trying that.  Can you go to the Theme tab, click on Theme Options, then turn "collapse navigation" on, and re-publish?

I'd like to rule out that this is affecting your buttons.

Hi I'm having this same issue.  It looks like the buttons on only one page aren't working. I have a button in the footer of every page, including this one, and it works there... but the buttons I have within the page content are not.  I tried the suggestions you had provided earlier - I don't see an option to collapse navigation... any other suggestions?  Thank you.

And you'll see I don't have any buttons in the page content any more - I figured I'd remove them and try to use a text with a link instead... and that doesn't work either.

I think it might be the custom theme - try switching to a standard theme and re-publishing to see if that helps.  If it doesn't you can switch back to your custom theme.
