Accordian Element not able to open on + sign

Hello,

I have added an accordian element to my webpage, but most of the time it does not open completely to show everything that has been placed within that "drawer".  How can I fix this?

This issue is showing up only on the Site edit screen, it shrinks immediately while when I tries to open. 

Please help.  Thank you in advance!

I am having the same issue on my site.  Added a new page and accordian on that page.  The app will allow me to drag a Text Box element into first time, then it immediately closes the drawer.  Each time I now try to open the drawer to add text it will immediately close not allowing edits.

I have found a tedious work around though.  I have accordian already populated on another page.  If I go to that page and open a drawer then go back to the page I want to edit, it will allow me to open the drawer and make a SINGLE edit.  Once that one edit is done the problem re-occurs and the drawers go back to immediately closing again.  Its very frustrating.

Hope this can be resolved soon

Just within a section as normal.  I have it on several pages.  Like I said I have a work around but it is real pfaff.

I've had no problems with Accordian till the last 24 hours, and really like it as a space saver/organizer.  Hope you can fix it.

@Adam After calling support and getting nowhere, I just tried to send this to support but it only allowed the first paragraph...

I am having issues with accordian. You cannot open a drawer under edit to add elements or edit content. My husband reported this on the community pages on Sunday and Adam said he'd escalated with engineering but it has not yet been resolved. It is also effecting other users as per community responses.

Our website is www.xanthosfloweroflight.com and the page we are trying to edit is SHAKTI/SHIVA KALINDAR

Fault is that when you add a new accordian you can make 1 initial edit then it will not allow you to open a drawer using the '+' buttons. It opens but immediately closes. If you go to a different page you can open an existing Accordian and go straight back to the instance you want to edit and make 1 change but then the problem reoccurs again. We have multiple elements to add so that is too much to cope with so please fix ASAP

- We have tried editing from 2 different laptops.
- Laptops are both Windows 10 and fully patched
- We have tried multiple browers - Internet Explorer / Chrome / firefox
- We have uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled it
- We have deleted all extensions
- we have cleared down cookies etc.
- We have done everything asked by you guys and it is still not working.

I want this escalated immediately as this has been 5 days without anyone taking this seriously.

Me: The original article on community page was Accordian Element not able to open on + sign and raised on Sunday 2nd. We keep getting told someone is fixing a 'bug' but it has now been more than a week
We only discovered this bug after paying for our domain name and now can't edit the site in the way we want to
And did previously

For a bug?
I work in IT and this would not be an acceptible response from my company
 
Jayme B: Then you understand that bugs are put in priority levels and higher priority bugs are being fixed and worked on first
When they get to this issue and fix it, they will be in touch with you via email
 
Me: Then this was not escalated as requested on Friday? Great customer service
 
Jayme B: That is not what I said at all
 
Me: Basically you have just told me this 'bug' is lowest priority and we should not get frustrated about that

Has this app really been having the same problem since 2017?   I have plugged in several of them but they will not always open fully?? Ideas?

This thread is from 2017 so I doubt the original bug is still open. It's possible a new or different issue is affecting the app. A rep can confirm if there's any current known issues with the app if you submit a ticket to our support team
