Why are you doing this to us? 

So much wrote already, that this function is needed as soon as possilbe!

And you still do not have istalled an effectiv app or possibility.

Why?

I would like to tell you, that I am cosidering to move on with my website, due to this issue and this customer feedback handling.

Hi there. Autoplay video is controlled by the browsers. A change was made about a year or two ago to move away from videos auto playing since it is generally considered an annoyance by most viewers.
