I'd like to have a grid of images (photos from members) and other members able to vote on their top 3 favourite images, the votes (3 points, 2 points, 1 point) sent to an email address. Which app would be best for this please? Thanks a lot

I did a quick search of the App Center for voting apps and got a few results. I'm not sure if any of these will do what you want, but it's a good starting point.
