revolving map for statistics on story

We have a revolving map on some of our stories on the carolinian archives site. We would like to add more to on once upon a history site and I can't seem to be able to do it. Any suggestions

To be clear, you were able to achieve what you wanted on one page, but not another? 

What happens when you try to add the revolving maps to your new page?
