Weebly won’t attach my domain, purchased on weebly, to my weeble website

Why won’t weebly let me attach my weebly bought domain to my weebly edited website?  It makes no sense!

I could be wrong, but I believe I had read a post that said something like you do need to buy a minimum of 'connect' plan.
