Today, I'd like to share with you a few thoughts from Yondo CEO Tony Jarboe. As I mentioned above, we believe that webinars can be an effective tool for getting and keeping customers. Here's what Tony has to say about it:
How can webinars/online classes enhance a website?
Webinars and online classes give you an online connection with your customers and prospects that most other online services cannot. They get to connect to a real person which in return can give your product or service a true emotional feeling to them. Instead of just reading about your product or watching a video, they get interact with you and have their questions answers. Many times you will find out things people want from your product or love about your product, that you would not have to know about before your webinar.
How can you measure Return On Investment of webinars/online classes?
Obviously, everyone is looking at their sales as the bottom line, but you need to look at a webinar or online classes as part of your overall sales funnel. One important measurement is who registered for your webinar or online classes and who attended from that registration list. It is important to follow up with both groups with different types of marketing emails after the webinar. You can send both groups a recording of the live session and a special offer like a free trial, discount code or free ebook. You will need to determine where the webinar is positioned in your overall sales funnel and base your ROI results from how many people that are making it to the next step of your funnel after the webinar or online class.
