Some users have no issues, others say the page won't load, and even more people say that the load time is so slow that they give up and call to place an order. Every dollar counts right now, but our employee resources are limited and having to answer tons of phone calls daily is really hurting us. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to why my site only works sometimes? On my machine and phone, I never seem to have an issue, but that's probably because the site is cached, right?
