How do I get a refund for the app: Boo Slider

I would like a refund for this because it doesnt work with the mobile version of my site

I bought a theme with Baamboo Studio and it didn't work, same as you.

I am trying to reach them via Support Team but they don't even answer my emails, so I am wasting not only money but also time!

They are a fraud.

I am reaching Paypal to see if i can get my money back somehow.
