Problem adding members

I have a problem adding members.
Yesterday it was working normally, today it is not working. I occasionally have problems with it.
After I want to add a new member, the system does not want to save it.
I enter the e-mail address as usual, there is a user and assign him a group. When I click "add member", nothing happens.
Why these problems occur and how to solve them.

I found out the solution. I had 100 users
