Is this how you treat your paying customers?
Hello there,
Is anyone still working at Weebly? I have a business to run and your customers service is making it very hard to stay with you.
It has been months I am having the same problem and no one is able to help or answer.
I am paying for phone assistance and the option is not available to me.
I had to go through I don't know how many e-mails with you guys to get a number.
Then OMG, 4 differents people I talked to:
First one from square, tell me she'll transfer me to Weebly.
Second one from weebly, I explain the problem, she tells to hold to check my account. I get transferred.
Third is from square, tells me the transfer must be an error. Re-transfer me back to Weebly.
Fourth one is from Weebly, I explain the problem, gives me basic response that I already got from the e-mails. I tell her that, she asks me to hold. Then she hangs up.
Guys, I have been with you for years and this is not the way to treat loyal customers.
Please respond.

I've been with Weebly for years also. Ever since the Square take-over, improvements and support has evaporated. I have many horror stories and they will no longer refund subscriptions if they're more than 3 months old--this isn' the Weebly I used to love... I recommend moving to Wix.

Thanks for backing me up! Is Wix really better in terms of SEO, customizing pages, customer experience, like everything Weebly lacks?
I'm looking at WordPress right now

It really reminds me of what Weebly used to represent. I mean, take a look at this:
The primary community manager (the only ACTUAL Weebly employee on here) hasn't posted since March: https://community.weebly.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15
Wix includes many of the features that Weebly ONCE strived for. If you liked the experience that Weebly once was, Wix is for you. I'm unsure of SEO, but customer experience and overall feature availability is certainly better. Not to mention a real community that hasn't abondoned ship. The only reason I'm here is because I'm stuck in a 2 year contract that they refuse to refund despite not being able to log in to my site's administrative features for over a week. I'm certainly done, but I don't want the hosting money wasted.

Thank a lot for chiming in! I will definitely look into Wix!
I was considering the transfer to Square but no, this week was hell for me with them, I don't want to give them anymore of my money...

I don't recommend it. Square is a decent payment processor and CSM, but not a ecommerce host. Their native drag-and-drop ecommerce solution is an absolute joke and I do not recommend it.

Thanks a lot for the recommendation! You won't believe what they are doing now.
They are doing some testing with my products. Basically, they created a coupon code so that they do not have to pay the product so that they can test the confirmation e-mails.
I got so scared at first when I saw the new order notification on the Weebly app with 0$ lol
They do all this without saying anything, not requesting permission, and not even notifying me.
At least it seems I got through to them.
Can't wait for their response saying that I need to check with my e-mail provider ...

Wait, are you serious?! They just started messing with your site without any notification or preamble? That's insane.

The email address I was given to email Weebly to get a refund and cancel my subscription is not recognized by my mail system as valid. I don't know where to go from here. They have already erroneously charged my credit card for the next month of service and I closed out my site a week ago, transferred my domain name, etc. I'm doing no business with Weebly, yet they charged my credit card. And I cannot find a way to reach anyone there. If anyone has any information, please let me know! Thank you! And, oh, yes, this absence of customer service is one reason I chose to build my new site in Word Press with another hosting company that has phone support, chat support, etc.
