HOW DO I REGAIN ACCESS TO A GOOGLE MAIL APP FOR A DOMAIN?

Help....!

I have been unable to access the mailbox for one of the apps attached to a domain. I had this problem a while ago with another email app purchased through Weebly and was told that it had been 'cancelled' - not by me, and the same thing seems to be happening again with a different mailbox. I have paid for the app, but every time I try to log into it to get emails, I get an error message from Google telling me to contact my reseller, Weebly.

When I go onto my Weebly Google Apps screen, it tells me the domain is set up for email forwarding - but I cannot actually access all the old emails on that account/email address. why is this happening, and how can I fix it?  Weebly did do something before to fix it for me, which involved deleting all my payment methods, but I cannot now find those emails either!

This is causing me so much greif, I am seriously considering (as I did before) ditching all my weebly sites and just starting over somewhere else. although I am not sure if the problem is with Weebly or with Google Apps, which seems to dominate the market... am looking for alternatives and testing them out, but if I don't have to ditch all my sites it would be better...

I hope someone can help. I'm not very tech-savvy so perhaps it is my fault, but I would like to try and get this fixed if possible.

Sorry to hear that, @Edzel. Which of your email addresses are you having trouble with?

Hi Adam - it's 'admin@elainejjackson.com' this time...

From what I can tell, it doesn't look like you ever actually had Google Apps for that particular domain through us, and have had email forwarding for the domain since 2013.  That particular email address forwards to your outlook email address, so anything that has been sent to admin@ in the last 3 three years will have been forwarded there.
