HOW DO I INSERT A DOCUMENT OF MINE TO MY PAGE

I see there is a document feature but it keeps saying that it cannot load. Does it need to be a\saved a certain way or does the document have to be through a certain website?

What kind of document are you trying to use with the element? There's a third party solution in our App Center you can use for embedding PDF files:

Hi adam-  I have a similar question in regards to my website.  I would like to embed a form that they must "sign" or agree to before purchasing.  Do you have any suggestions for an app or a feature on Weebly that will help me?  This would be a licensing agreement/buyers agreement   Thanks again!

Hello becky1! In the case of an agreement that spans your services, you may want to look into implementing a Terms of Service page.
