I currently utilize Square Terminal and Square Team, and in the past, I also made use of Square Appointment. However, I had to switch to Fresha because of a conflict that arose when trying to display booked technicians to staff members. Fresha offers a preferable option, where a client can indicate (โก) a technician as booked.
I sincerely hope that Square Appointment can become more accommodating to salon operations and update their platform accordingly. I look forward to the day when I can switch back to Square, so that all my platforms can exist within the same environment or family.

Im curious, what do you mean by "a client can indicate (โก) a technician as booked."?
