Is Belize accepted in Belize?

We are moving to Belize.  Although we are not going to be doing the same business as in the US, we will be running a business and it may be benificial to use Square.  I can't find whether or not the Square is supported in Belize.  Any ideas or answers?

Square does not currently work in Belize to accept credit card payments.  "Card payment acceptance with the Square app is currently available in the US, Canada, Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom"
