Hi,
I have employee login for Point of Sale. It works fine on an Android and an iPad, but one iPhone 5s will not recognize the passcode for an employee. It allows him to type one in, but it says the passcode is invalid. Any ideas?
All softwares are up to date. Everything works fine on different devices. It's just this one.

Whoa @travistrailbale, that sounds really weird.
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it on his phone? It could be possible that his phone is registering a tap before he touches the screen. 🤔 I had that issue with my iPhone 6, it was super annoying. It kept on opening apps or typing passwords wrong. But let's just try deleting the app and reinstalling it for now.
I'll keep an eye out for your reply!
