Hey @jb50mag

I still see that your site says unsecured, so the SSL isn't attached yet.  How long ago was it that you republished your site? It can take up to 24-48 hours for the SSL to attach to your site.

I have spoken to chat and they said that my site not having SSL, after unpublishing and publishing numerous times, was a bug. I moved my domain here about 2 months ago and I am still having problems. I like the ease of Weebly but this is causing a serious problem and I am getting closer to a deadline where I stay or go. Please help. moescustomgraphics.com

Welcome to the Seller Community, @stormchaser7469

I'm really sorry to hear you are having trouble with your website. I was able to confirm that the issue was escalated to the engineer team as a site-specific bug. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to provide an eta for bugs, but you will be updated via email as soon as the engineer has been able to confirm a fix.

We appreciate your continued patience while the team works to resolve this.

Hey there @Chief007,

We are sorry to hear you are having an issue getting that SSL set up! First thing we recommend is checking the DNS records with your domain host. For most domain registrars, you will need two A-records pointing to : 199.34.228.164 with the hosts being @ and www. If you update your records, it will take 48 hours to enable.

If you’re not comfortable making the DNS changes using the steps above, your domain host should be able to help! Let them know you’ve built your site with Square and you need them to update the DNS settings for you.

If you do have those records already added in, please let us know and we can take a closer look!

Welcome to the Seller Community, @solas 👋

I can take a look for you if you confirm your domain name that is assigned to your website.

You can also try to reactivate the SSL by first unpublishing your website. Navigate to the Square Online dashboard, then click Website > Site Preferences, then scroll down to the unpublish section. Once you unpublish, click Edit Site, and republish with the blue publish button in the top right corner of the editor.

If these steps do not work, let us know the domain name, and we'll check on the backend for you.

Thanks, and welcome once again to the community! 😊

Seems my domain's SSL is not configured either.  I have enabled it weeks ago, and have republished it weeks ago as well and on the Settings it still says "SSL certificate is being configured.  Check back later".  Can you check why SSL certificate is not being configured or published?  Thanks!  (BurnhamPark.org)

Hello, @HeyPez

I've looked into your situation and found that we will need you to point your domain to a different IP Address to secure it correctly.

When you have a moment please update your DNS A Records to: 199.34.228.50. This will address the not secure issue.

I had changed the A Records on the NameSecure site (where the domain's registered) to the address you specified (.50) and waited 24 hours and even edited then "republished" the weebly site; the weebly settings still says the "SSL certificate is being configured".  Also, the browser reports that the site is not secure.  Can you check this again (www.burnhampark.org)?  Thanks!

It's been over 48 hours and still getting the SSL certificate is being configured.  Can you please check this again?  Do I need a "www" and a "@" A-record, as you mentioned to somebody previously?  I have "www", and  "*" records.  What do I need to do to get SSL enabled?  (BurnhamPark.org).  - Thanks

Hi there, @HeyPez 👋

It looks like the SSL was stuck configuring. Everything should be working properly now, though. 😊 Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
