I go to reports - Items and look at sale details. I had a couple items listed at one location. Fixed them then deleted the location we no longer use. Now the prior transactions that were under that previous location are not on the report.
How do I find out the transaction details on the old location?

This is an excellent question when it comes to location management.
Transactions taken under a certain location cannot be transferred to another one, even when you delete the location. So they will show on the sales reports for only those locations.

So how do I get the info on those payments? I need them to reconcile and advise leaders of those sales. The deleted location is not showing anything on the sales reports.

I have three deposits that are not showing up on any reports...sales or balance reports

Are you able to reactivate those locations? If so, the payments would reside in that location.
