import from Shopify to square

I need help I can not figure out why my exported file from Shopify is not working for importing with square. we are a new company switching over and it says it can be imported I have done everything I could think of to get the csv or excel file to import and populate our products and photos. does anyone know or can help with some of these issues??

Sorry for the issues getting this imported. We can definitely help you with this. Did you happen to reformat the CSV to our template before attempting to upload?
