how can i Un freeze my iPhone screen? accidentally pressed don't allow access to microphone

 accidentally pressed don't allow access microphone  during initial set up and now theres a message on my frozen Square screen that reads:

Register needs access to your microphone

Please advise

In order to enable access to the microphone, go to your device's settings, tap the Register app, and then toggle on the permission that gives access to the microphone. That should do it!
