formatting of pickup instructions inconsistent
This seems to be a bug rather than a feature. When I order from a browser that has ordered before, my formatting of the pickup instructions is not honored. It is a jumbled mess. When I order from an incognito window with no previous orders, my instruction formatting is honored. Seems to be a recent thing. Screenshots below.

@luckythaitn you try clearing your browser's cache and updating its version?
Try that first, if that still doesn't help, reach out to CS so Engineering can confirm if the issue stems from Square's end.

Hi @JustinC ,
I did update (current chrome build Version EightEight.Zero.FourThreeTwoFour.OneFiveZero (Official Build) (x86_64)) and clear browser cache and cookies. This did fix the formatting issue, and my checkout experience treated me as a new customer, without filling in any info and with correct formatting. My concern is for returning customers that haven't updated and cleared cache. It will still be formatted incorrectly, and the information is important for them to see, as it changes periodically depending on our pickup procedure.
Thanks again.

@luckythaitn- Thank you for making the necessary updates. I understand your concern. I'm right there with you. However, we don't have a way to control the setting or updates on the customer's end. This is pretty standard with all websites, if the browser is not up to date, most websites don't function as expected. This isn't a common occurrence so I wouldn't expect for many of your customers to be impacted.

@sayra the issue wasn't fixed with the update. it was fixed by clearing the cache and removing all cookies.
