customer rewards stars not showing up

When I take a look, it seems your customers’ loyalty stars are being tracked correctly. You can check by navigating to the Customers section of your Dashboard (http://squ.re/1Y2hF6g) and clicking on your customer’s name. Their loyalty information will be included in their profile.


One important thing to remember is that to earn punches (or stars), your customer needs to provide the same email address or phone number for receipts each time. They’ll create a new punch card if they provide new information on their receipt. (More info on our loyalty program: http://squ.re/1D7eSTQ.)
