I have tried a half dozen times to allow my team member access to Square. I've created her profile, her permission set, entered her correct email address. Then deactivated her account and reactivated her account. Nothing. She hasn't received any of the invitations despite it saying "invited". I don't know what to do.

Sorry to hear that you're back in the Community because you've run into trouble. This could be related to your employee's email account itself, but I can't be sure from here. If you haven't already, your best bet is to get in touch with us directly, so that a member of our team can dig into your account with you - I recommend a phone call for the quickest resolution. I have similar problems. Although my 5 team members once could get in, they were somehow kicked off, and only one has been able to get back in.
Most annoying and how in hell do you reach a human from square to fix this?
