Wrong tip amounts
Hello,
When I used to write checks for my employees and add up their tips for the week it used to come out around $50 and this past week, under the sales tab where I used to find the tips, it shows it wrong, it tells me between the certain hours total tips were $8 and when we count the transactions it adds up to like $40 or more.
Please let me know what I can do

Hi @cafesevda - it sounds like your tips may not be reflecting correctly between the two reports. This can happen if you have not selected the same date range. Please double check and make sure you are looking at tips for the same dates on both reports.
