Why won't Square save my updated shipping policy?
Hello, I would like to remove international shipping from my shipping policy, but when I update the text and save it, it simply reverts to my old wording if I leave the website and come back. How can I fix this? It seems to be some sort of glitch?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your shipping settings - this definitely doesn't sound right. Which browser are you using when making changes to your shipping policy? We recommend using a supported browser, such as Google Chrome. Also, keep in mind that, if shipping is an option in your online store, you'll have to have at least a local shipping rate set up. Check out this guide if you haven't already created a new shipping rate, then give deleting your international shipping rate another try. Please let us know how you go 🙂
