Why was my deposit less than expected?
[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Incorrect Balance Transfer Amount]
Confirmed gross sales were $150, but the dashboard is showing $120, and the transfer amount is $115. None of the troubleshooting options provided by Square are applicable. Anyone have any experience solving this, or have the customer service phone number?

There could be a multitude of reasons why your deposit could appear be less than expected. First, we want to consider the method that the transaction was used to process, being that fees vary per transaction. Also, it could have been linked to certain sellers having a loan through our Capital Team.
