Why is my online store declining my customer's cards?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Published my website and it is declining customer cards.]

 

Published my website and it is declining customer cards. Have called the bank, and it is definitely on the side of the website. Really would like to get this fixed ASAP, but it seems like this is not a new problem. Also, calling seems to be pointless, been an hour and am so tired of the same 3 songs. Help!!!

To make sure I am understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site? (Weebly, Wix, WooCommerce, GoDaddy etc.)

Website is through Weebly. Have talked to them. It is a square processing problem and there is no phone number anywhere to actually talk to a person and get it fixed. Emails were sent Friday and no response.
