Hi @keeneddy, thanks for reporting this, your client shouldn't continue to receive reminders after an invoice has been paid.

 

Have you checked that two invoices weren't inadvertently created for the same customer? To do this: sign in to your online Dashboard click Invoices > enter your customer's name to the the search box or use the filters to view Outstanding Invoices. If there is a duplicate you can cancel the invoice.


If there isn't please call our CS team so we can investigate.
